Learn core yoga postures

Be able to relax fully

Be able to sleep better

Use breathing techniques to calm, energise or balance your nervous system


Requirements

I have a few mats available, if you want to bring your own please do.
Bring a blanket for the relaxation sessions

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, gym style clothes, nothing too loose 
Please note: you will need to be able to get up and down off the floor easily.
